Your money never passes through us

Every payment goes straight to your church's Stripe account. Our fee is deducted automatically and everything is recorded.

  1. The giver or buyer pays

With the method they prefer, no account or app needed. Each church or organizer chooses which methods to offer.

  2. The money reaches your church

Stripe deposits it in your church's bank account on its regular payout schedule. Antiocheia's fee comes out of the same payment: no separate invoices, no surprise charges.

  3. Everything stays in order

Every payment is categorized and reconciled, and each month's file for your accountant is already built. Online giving receipts and year-end statements are coming soon.

Real support

  • A direct line, by WhatsApp or text, to the people who build the platform.
  • Priority support on event day.
  • A practice run with your ushers before doors open.
  • Plan B at every door: the guest list exported to PDF and Excel.

Secure data

  • Stripe processes payments: we never see or store card numbers.
  • Signed QR codes: the door catches fake or reused tickets.
  • Ushers only see their own event and never see money.
  • Your data belongs to your church and exports anytime.

Common questions

Does the money pass through Antiocheia?

No. It goes straight to your church's Stripe account and then to your bank. Our fee is deducted automatically from each payment.

Do we need internet at the door?

No. Every phone keeps the guest list and checks people in without signal. When the signal returns, it shares check-ins with the other phones and flags anyone who came in twice.

Do buyers need an account or an app?

No. They buy on the web, get their ticket by email and save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

How do our bank accounts connect?

Stripe connects directly with your church's authorization: we never ask for passwords. For each bank, you upload the statement as Excel or CSV and the platform reads it.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer (ACH) and cash at the door. Text to give (extra cost per message) and QR giving at the service are coming soon. Each church or organizer chooses which to offer.

Do givers get receipts?

Yes, with online giving, coming soon. Every online gift will get a receipt by email, and each giver a year-end giving statement in January.

Can't find your ticket?

Look for the Antiocheia email with your ticket. From there you open “My tickets” with a one-time code, no password, and download it again or add it to your Wallet.

Why a subscription and a percentage?

They're two different services, and you only pay for the ones you use.

  • The 1% applies only to what the platform collects online: QR, links, recurring gifts and receipts. If nothing comes in online in a month, you pay nothing.
  • The subscription covers church management: bringing your accounts together, categorizing and reconciling every transaction and getting month-end ready for your accountant. That work exists even if everything comes in by bank transfer. Transfers, cash, checks and transactions imported from your bank carry no fee.
  • Each church chooses: online giving only (no subscription), management only (no fee) or both. If we charged only a percentage, it would have to be higher for everyone.
  • Tickets have no subscription: just the fee per paid ticket. Free events pay nothing.

Stripe's processing fees are separate and are charged by Stripe, not by Antiocheia.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Use it as long as it helps, and cancel with 60 days' notice. Annual billing saves you money.
